Breeding rights are not included in pricing. No kittens leave for their new homes prior to 12- 14 weeks of age and come with all nessesary vaccinations.

We do NOT hold ANY kitten without deposits, which is half of the cost of the kitten. Deposits are NOT refundable unless we have made the decision to not sell the kitten and which we reserve the right to stop the sale of a kitten at anytime during the transaction. If this should occur all monies will be refunded.

In the event of death, or something un forseen, your kitten will be replaced with one of equal value (PRICE) value. Our prices do not include shipping which is usually $300.00 within the US. Our kittens come with a 48 hour health garantee in which the kitten purchased MUST be seen by a vet with in this time period, or ALL health garantee and contract is null and void. We must see proof from a Veterinarian that the kittens illness is life threatning, or has genetic defect. Without this proof, there will be no replacement.

We do NOT except checks, money orders,cashiers checks, CASH ONLY. If a deposit has been given on a kitten, we must receive payment in full at time of scheduled pick up. For those that are having their kitten shipped: we must receive payment in full, including shipping cost, 10 days prior to shipping. The kitten must be shipped on that date. If the kitten is not, you have 14 days to contact us or you will be charged $10 a day until the kitten is picked up. If we are not contacted with in that 14 day period, the kitten will be re-sold and your deposit will NOT be refunded.

Please understand these are live animals and there is cost involved in caring for them. We are not a boarding facility.
